NEW DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL FOR 334-336 SECOND STREET

Richard Garber, AIA from GRO Architects PLLC will be on hand to present their plans for the redevelopment of 334-336 Second Street. As currently proposed, 334-336 Second Street would increase the apartment count from 6 to 11 units, add a 5th floor, and increase the footprint for floors two through four. The project will be seeking zoning variances, and this is your opportunity to have your opinions be heard (for or against) and to have your opinions considered in formulating the Village Neighborhood Association’s position to the Zoning Board on the proposed project.
