NEW DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL FOR 332 Newark Avenue

Developer Richard Kocher and architect Anthony Vandermark will present their plans for the redevelopment of 332 Newark Avenue. The project is located at the western intersection of Newark Avenue and 5th Street. The owner is proposing a 6-story (68′-0″) structure. The structure will house 18 residential units with 1 commercial unit with 4 parking spaces and 11 bike spaces.
